Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShotToSheet ("we", "us", "our"). By using ShotToSheet, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

ShotToSheet lets you upload a screenshot, photo, or PDF of a table and uses AI to extract it into an editable spreadsheet you can download as .xlsx or .csv, or export to Google Sheets. The free plan includes a limited number of extractions per month; paid plans (Pro, Premium) include a larger monthly allotment and additional features described on the pricing page.

AI accuracy — no guarantee

Table extraction is performed by a third-party AI vision model and, like any OCR/AI system, it will sometimes misread values, merge or split cells incorrectly, or miss rows. ShotToSheetshows you the extracted table so you can review and correct it before downloading — this is a core part of the product, not an afterthought. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data you export and use, especially for financial, medical, legal, or other high-stakes purposes. We make no warranty, express or implied, that extracted data will be complete or accurate.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro and Premium are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles that.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. You keep access to paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll take a look.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use ShotToSheet to process content you don't have the right to upload;
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or paywalls;
Use automated means to scrape, abuse, or overload the service;
Use ShotToSheet for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

We aim to keep ShotToSheet available and fast, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotToSheet and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from inaccurate AI-extracted data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ShotToSheet after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
