How it works
- 1
Upload the PDF or image
Premium can upload a PDF directly and pick the page; any plan can screenshot the page and upload that image instead.
- 2
Connect Google Sheets once
A one-time Google sign-in authorizes sending tables to Sheets. It only asks for permission to create new spreadsheets, not to read your existing files.
- 3
Send straight to a new spreadsheet
Click "Send to Google Sheets" and open the result, already populated with your rows — no file ever touches your downloads folder.
Why skip the download-and-re-upload step
The usual path is: export a file, find it in Downloads, open Drive, upload it, wait for Sheets to convert it. Sending directly to Sheets removes every step after "extract the table" — the spreadsheet exists in your Google account before you would have finished picking a file name.
What actually happens when you connect
The Google connection is scoped narrowly on purpose:
- It only requests permission to create new spreadsheets — not to read, list, or modify any file already in your Drive
- Every send creates a brand-new spreadsheet; it never writes into or overwrites one you already have
- You can disconnect the Google account at any time from the same button that connected it
- The extracted table itself is never stored on the server — it is read in memory and discarded once it reaches Sheets or your download
Frequently asked

Yes — connecting Google Sheets is optional. ".xlsx" and ".csv" downloads are always available whether or not you connect an account.
No — it is a standard, revocable OAuth connection. Disconnect it from the button in the tool, or revoke it directly from your Google Account permissions at any time.
